Lowestoft Town director of football Craig Fleming is determined to see the Ryman League Premier Division side embark on a run in the FA Trophy after being handed an away tie against Hitchin Town in the second qualifying round.

During a recent business trip, I was lucky enough to get to watch some local football one evening. South China AA, recognised by most as the team Nicky Butt played for in Asia, played Sun Hei SC. Big match in the JPT tonight. The Daggers v Southend. Dagenham been on a poor run of form lately, but had a good win the weekend, even if they did leave it till the last minute (plus 5!).
